Pre-production approval checklist
The sign-off before anything is cut. Every box confirmed on the approved drawing, so production builds what was agreed — not an assumption.

Drawing & dimensions
- Approved drawing reference recorded on the quotation.
- Every opening measured on site and fixed on the drawing.
- Clearances checked — door swings, appliance gaps, circulation.
Specification
- Material specified per moisture zone — dry / semi-wet / wet, not one blanket board.
- Hardware, runners and lock grade confirmed.
- Finish, colour and edge detail confirmed.
- Glass / infill and privacy spec confirmed where applicable.
Coordination
- M&E positions agreed with the electrician and plumber before production.
- Who supplies, and who terminates, each service is recorded.
- Ceiling, lighting and cabinet coordinated where they meet.
Commercials
- Exclusions listed — countertop, plumbing, electrical, hacking, waterproofing, scaffolding.
- Specialist-trade allowances / provisional sums stated separately, not hidden in the product line.
- Deposit, lead time and payment stages agreed.
