Alignment & fit
- Runs level and plumb; gaps even along doors and drawers.
- Doors and drawers aligned; soft-close working.
- Fillers and scribes neat against walls and ceilings.
Hardware & function
- Hinges, runners and locks fitted and operating.
- Handles / gola consistent, secure and aligned.
- Any digital / smart lock prepped, powered and tested.
Finish饰面Kemasan
- Faces free of scratches, chips and marks.
- Colour and grain consistent across the run.
- Exposed edges sealed and clean.
Wet-zone & services
- Sink base and wet runs built in the specified aluminium.
- Silicone and edge sealing complete at every water line.
- Service terminations coordinated and tidy.
Handover
- Site cleaned, protection removed.
- Snag list agreed and signed by both sides.
- Warranty and care sheet issued.
