Plan by how people work, not by furniture按人们的工作方式规划，而非按家具

A good fit-out starts with the people, not the desks. Map who sits where, what they do all day, and how they move between spaces. Then the layout, storage and cabling fall into place. Furniture is the last decision, not the first.好的装修从人出发，而非从办公桌出发。理清谁坐在哪里、整天做什么、在各空间之间如何走动。然后布局、收纳和布线便各就各位。家具是最后才做的决定，而非第一个。

Taped-on cabling looks temporary because it is, and it gets worse with every new hire. Design the routing into the furniture from the start:用胶带贴上的线缆看起来很临时，因为它本就如此，而且每招一个新人就更糟。从一开始就把走线设计进家具里：

• Cable trays under desks and along shared benches.在桌下和共享长桌沿线设线缆托盘。

Open offices get loud, and shared documents need a home. Office furniture takes more knocks than home cabinetry — drawers opened all day, desks leaned on, storage loaded heavy. Specify carcasses, hardware and edges for that load. Two numbers shape the whole fit-out: how many people, and when you need to move in. Size the plan to current headcount plus realistic growth, and work backwards from the move-in date so procurement, build and install fit the timeline. Office budgets usually need to be checked line by line, so the quotation is itemised and tender-ready — desks, chairs, storage, partitions, cabling and install shown separately, not as one lump sum. As an indicative starting point, plan around RM2,850–3,000 per workstation (indicative, excluding SST), with manager setups, storage runs and reception counters quoted per spec.
