Start with the zone, not the product从区域入手，而非从产品入手

In Sarawak’s heat and humidity, material failure almost always starts at the wrong zone — a sink base, bathroom, laundry, a damp external wall or a poorly ventilated cabinet. Decide the zone first, then the budget, then the look.在砂拉越的高温与潮湿环境中，材料失效几乎总是从用错区域开始——水槽底柜、浴室、洗衣区、潮湿的外墙，或通风不良的橱柜。先决定区域，再考虑预算，最后才看外观。

The three families三大类别

Most cabinets come down to three constructions:绝大多数橱柜可归为三种结构：

• Moisture-resistant particleboard — the standard interior carcass for dry and semi-dry rooms.防潮刨花板——干区与半干区房间的标准内部柜体。
• Plywood (multi-layer) — stronger and more dimensionally stable; better for tall wardrobes and long runs. Same dry/semi-dry use.胶合板（多层）——更坚固、尺寸更稳定；更适合高身衣柜与长跨度柜体。同样用于干区/半干区。
• Aluminium (composite / honeycomb / full) — for wet zones: sink bases, bathrooms, wet kitchens and high-moisture areas.铝合金（复合/蜂窝/全铝）——用于湿区：水槽底柜、浴室、湿厨房及高潮湿区域。

Moisture-resistant is not waterproof防潮并非防水

A moisture-resistant board resists humidity better than ordinary board, and a good one is tested for low swelling — but it is not waterproof and it is not for standing water or direct splash. Those zones move to aluminium. Edge sealing, ventilation and water isolation matter as much as the board itself.防潮板材比普通板材更耐潮湿，优质的防潮板材还会经过低膨胀测试——但它并不防水，也不适用于积水或直接溅水。这类区域应改用铝合金。封边、通风与隔水的重要性，丝毫不亚于板材本身。

Emission grade is a separate choice释放等级是另一项独立选择
